Income generation doesn’t have to be too difficult. Job and Business both have their own merit and demerits. It's depends on the mentality,desires and psychology of a person what he want to achieve in their life. There are many examples of people who left their well settled job to start a business and many people failed in busines has started job under someones.

The level of Risk in business is very higher in business as compared to jobs.

In a job no matter is the business is running in profit or some time in loss he will get his fixed salary. But a business set then nothing can match In a job you can kicked out any time but in business you are your own boss.

Profit:-

In a business there is no limit to make money if business do well but in a job you will get hike in your salary after a definite time also if you are doing well.

Time:-

To make a business successful it is necessary to have time .It requires a lot of efforts to establish a business but if a business set it will change your life but in a job such time bond is not required.

Freedom:-

In a business you are your own boss. No one will stop you, what you want to do you can but such freedom is not available in jobs. you ought to follow the rule and orders of the boss without questioning. In businesses you have freedom to make new plans but such thing is not possible in jobs.

Responsibility;-

Responsibility is higher in case of business because all the expections of also included in it. you are complete responsible for the business but in jobs responsibility are limited.

Life:-

Business life is more as compared to jobs. Business have perpetual succession which is not possible in jobs.
