I did my Internship in Indore and I feel it’s the best city in India. Internship is an opportunity offered by the employer to employee to work for a firm for a fixed period. Internship is mostly provided to undergraduates students to know the practical aspects of the work. In our County mostly colleges offers internship for student for a period of 1 months to 3 months. Internship is mostly provided during Internship or during vacation. Internship is most part time but in some cases many companies offer full time Internship.
By pursing an internship a student learn practical aspect of work, required skills,Workplace experience,greater knowledge of the industry,and in return company benefited through your labor. Internship play a vital role in students career It decide where a student go. A Good Internship from a good Company keeps its value. Internship help a student to apply bookish knowledge into practical approach.
There are two type of Internship provided in our country 1. paid 2.Voluntary.The choice of Student is now moving to formal Internship because it give exposure to students toward the demand of modern Industries. Continuous Internship help the student to move through changing organisational needs.
